If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your online design product simply return it to us within 10 working days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund. Guarantee does not apply to content errors/image quality and anything that the client is in control of. 

SHOULD I REGISTER BEFORE I START?

Absolutely yes. It’s the only way to ensure any designs you complete will be saved. No information from your login will be used for any other purpose than saving your files. Register for FREE here.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

From the time we receive your order, Pawprint undertakes to print and dispatch your product within two working days. All deliveries are by courier which in most cases will take an additional two days. Rural delivery clients may need to allow an extra day. When the goods are dispatched, we’ll email you telling you the track and trace number of your parcel.

WHAT QUALITY DO YOU DELIVER?

Pawprint uses the latest print technology and the best quality materials in all its print processes. This applies to both offset production and digital production and as a result the highest quality product is always assured.

WHAT IF SOMETHING’S WRONG?

Pawprint guarantees that if your product is faulty due to faulty workmanship or errors in the print process, it will be replaced at no charge. Pawprint will not be responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

WILL THE COLOUR ON SCREEN BE THE SAME ON THE PRINTED PRODUCT?

Yes, most of the time. However you should be aware that there can be minor variations as not all computer screens are calibrated to read colour files accurately. The printed product will be printed according to the colour information contained in your file. If there’s a colour variance with the end result, this will be because your computer screen is not reading the colour file accurately. Pawprint cannot be responsible for any such variations.

ARE THERE CHARGES FOR UPLOADING MY OWN PHOTOS?

No – we encourage you to upload your own photographs where the design enables it – this makes your product unique to you.

WHAT SIZE DO MY PHOTO OR LOGO IMAGES NEED TO BE?

The resolution needs to be a minimum of 250 dpi at the size that it is going to be used, 300 dpi is ideal. Images downloaded from the internet (unless it is a library site) are generally only 72 dpi. If your image is too small for good print quality a warning will appear on screen.

WHEN I HAVE DESIGNED MY PRODUCT CAN I GIVE THE FILE TO ANOTHER PRINTING COMPANY?

No! This system is designed to deliver all completed files to Pawprint for printing. Whilst the client has the use of these files the file remains the property of Pawprint.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND A DESIGN I LIKE?

Pawprint has a full graphic design department and we’re happy to create individual one-off designs. Go to the ‘contact us’ tab on the website and either email or phone us to talk about your requirements.

HOW EASY IS IT TO RE-ORDER MY PRODUCT?

When you have created a file and registered your details, your file is saved in an ‘orders’ box that only you can access. When you log in again you can go to your previous orders and re-order from this.

CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN DESIGN?

Yes you can. Each category has a facility to upload your design. If you have a design that does not fit our category specification please contact us.

CAN I ORDER FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

No. The freight charges on our site are for New Zealand only. You must have a New Zealand delivery address or you may contact us for any special arrangements.
